Baaghi 4 Review: Only for Die-Hard Tiger Shroff Action Fans

This Baaghi 4 review starts with a simple warning: the film swings hard at big emotion and big stunts, but it rarely lands both together. Tiger Shroff returns in a loud Hindi action drama directed by A. Harsha, and the result is uneven at best.

It runs a long 156 minutes, and that length exposes every weakness in the script. Fans of the franchise will find some thrills, while everyone else may feel worn out.

Baaghi 4 Review: The Story So Far (No Spoilers)

The Baaghi 4 plot opens with Ronny, played by Tiger Shroff, waking up from a coma. He is grieving, and he is convinced his girlfriend has gone missing. The tagline, "Every Aashiq is a Villain," tells you the film is interested in obsession as much as romance.

As Ronny searches for answers, the people close to him begin to question what is real and what he is imagining. That hazy setup could have fuelled a tense mystery. Here it mostly serves as a reason to move from one fight to the next.

What Works in Baaghi 4

The action is the film's main selling point. Shroff is a gifted physical performer, and the fight sequences give him room to show off his agility and stamina. If you came for punches, kicks and big set pieces, the film delivers some of that.

The central idea also has promise. A hero who cannot trust his own memories is a strong hook for any action movie, and the film's talk of obsessive love gives it a darker edge than a typical star vehicle.

• Energetic, physical stunt work built around Shroff

• A moody premise about love, loss and doubt

• A villain-heavy tone that matches the tagline

Baaghi 4 Cast and Performances

The Baaghi 4 cast is led by Tiger Shroff as Ronny. He commits fully to the action and the anguish, though the script asks for more emotional range than it supports. His strongest moments are the physical ones.

Sanjay Dutt plays Chacko and brings a menacing presence that the film leans on. Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu appears as Alisha / Avantika, and Sonam Bajwa plays Olivia. Shreyas Talpade (Jeetu) and Saurabh Sachdeva (Paulo) round out the main cast.

The supporting players do what they can, but several characters feel thin. Without much to work with, the performances rarely rise above the material.

Where Baaghi 4 Stumbles

The biggest problem is clarity. A story about unreliable reality needs a firm grip on its own rules, and this one keeps losing hold. Scenes pile up without building real suspense, and the emotional beats feel forced.

The pacing is another issue. At 156 minutes, the film repeats its ideas and stretches its drama well past the point of impact. The violence is relentless, which dulls rather than heightens the stakes.

Audience response has been cool too. The TMDB audience score sits at 3.5/10 from a small pool of 26 votes, and that matches the sense that the film struggles to connect beyond its core fans.

Is Baaghi 4 Worth Watching?

Only if you already love Tiger Shroff's brand of action. Casual viewers looking for a smart psychological thriller will likely be disappointed, because the mystery is muddled and the emotion rarely feels earned.

If you want big stunts and do not mind a loose script, it can pass the time. The Baaghi 4 release date was 5 September 2025, so it is no longer new, and there are sharper options in the genre. For a more successful blend of heartbreak and gunplay, our Madharaasi review is a better place to start.
